Buying a ticket
Once you have chosen the raffle you wish to enter, add your tickets to your shopping cart, select the ticket amount and pay for your order. Once we have received your order, your details are automatically put into our system and an email with your ticket numbers will be sent to you shortly. All customer details, ticket numbers and contact information are saved in our system safe and ready for the draw.

Ticket Draw
Each prize has limited tickets available. This assures amazing odds for all who are playing. The Winner will be selected at random using Googles random number generator. The draw will take place on the dates stated in the prize details or drawn early if tickets have all sold out. we will annonce updates and the lucky winners on out facebook page @wagsnwhiskersltd. If you are the lucky winner, we will contact you using the contact details you have provided on your profile

Receiving your prizes
All prizes are packed and ready to go. Once a winner has been contacted and delivery details confirmed, we will have the prize sent to you as quick as possible free of charge. This usually takes 3-5 business days. If there are sizing's/ colour preferences related to the prize, like collars and harnesses, We contact you as normal, let you choose what you want and post as soon as we can.
